As I’ve gotten older, I focus more and more on my skin and hair. I feel that if your hair is shiny and your skin is glowing, all you really need is a bit of mascara and gloss, and you’re all set to go. And with holiday season right before us, I really need to be able to get ready quickly for events after a full day of work. When Conair reached out to me about their

Infiniti Pro
and Cleansing Brush, I definitely wanted to try it out. I actually used to use a Conair hair dryer years ago when I was in college (it has since been discontinued) that I couldn’t live without. Similar to the Infiniti, it had a comb attached and cut down on my drying time. In fact, I had it down to 30 minutes – pin straight!

I recently went to a holiday fundraiser and tried out the products. The Sonic Cleansing Brush left my skin silky smooth. All you need is your favorite face wash and softly use it to exfoliate your skin. Add primer and your face is ready for makeup.

I did not get my hair down to the 30 minutes I once bragged about, but it took me close to 40 minutes to tame this mane. It usually takes me about an hour and a half so that alone was a victory. The dryer has a 3-in-1 styling attachment which helps cut down the time by pretty much half. As you can see, I sectioned my hair and dried piece by piece while holding the ends. I combed inward and outward until my hair was smooth and shiny.

And my holiday look is complete! Since it took me no time to do my hair, I’m now hooked on the dryer. I may just need to take the beauty advice from me 20 years ago – Less time primping, more time having fun. I think I can still apply that rule.
